By booking with Jade Oasis Esthetics, you agree to the following policies:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Illness & Emergencies
If you're feeling unwell or have an emergency, please call or text as soon as possible to reschedule. If you don’t reschedule at that time, it will count as a no-show and the full fee will apply.
Late Arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period that will not affect your service. After 10 minutes, time will be deducted from your service. After 20 minutes with no communication, it will be considered a no-show, and the full fee will be charged.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
